"This is part of a recent post of mine on the Craigslist m/c forum: Our local Suzi/Yamaha dealership is much more low-key, but friendly too- they approach you soon after you get in, but if you just want to browse, they let you be. What impressed me is that even though I bought off a C/L ad after looking at their used bikes, they were just as nice to me buying an oil filter as they were when they thought they would sell me a bike, and the salesman actually congratulated me on my buy and came out to look it over. They have a lot of shop events and activities, and just generally make it seem like the whole thing is run by riders, not suits. "

"Steve and John, both made the deal a snap, I told them what I expected, knowing it was a fair deal. I was expecting the usual dealer BS, but it wasn't there. The deal was done in under 2 minutes. I've had to negotiate harder buying bikes from friends. It took longer to get the bike ready for me than it did to trade and do the paperwork. "

"Dear Staff I wanted to thank Jerry, Danny, Steve, Dusty and Brian for there hard work, great attitude and patience working with me to get the my GSXR-1000 running so damn good. I know how hard it is to make customers happy these days with every ones deadlines, tight budgets and profit margins but you guys really did a great job. This is my second bike in a year from Moto400 and even though It may seem like I complain a lot it really is just to show how much I care and enjoy spending my money there. I hope the owner knows he has good people working for him (which is hard to find) and takes care of you all like you take care of his customers. "My overall purchase experience at Moto 400 was excellent. Robert Young was eager to help and answer product questions. He was patient, persistent but low pressure. He followed up after my first visit, which encouraged me to return. Jerry was thorough regarding the delivery process, owner responsibilities and operation and location of the bike's new features. Steve Tucker explained all options regarding warranty, maintenance and financing. After ten years of doing business at Gainesville Motorsports, I didn't know what I was missing. I am happy to say that due to this experience, I am now a Moto 400 customer. P.S. My son loves his new riding jacket he purchased from the variety of special sale items in the accessories department. He chose Moto 400 because of the wide selection of brands and sizes."

"This testimonial is from a woman rider to other women riders. I usually cringe when I think of motorcycle shopping. I have visited many dealerships where I’ve been ignored and not taken seriously. I’ve even asked a salesperson a direct question about a bike and they’ve looked right passed me and gave the answer to my husband. I expected much of the same treatment from Moto400, but to my surprise, I got the total opposite. When my husband and I walked in the door we weren’t immediately accosted by a salesperson, which I hate. Jerry and Mark just greeted us in a friendly casual way. I liked that. In those first few seconds I decide weather I want to stay or not. I did. When I was ready to ask some questions John Hicks was happy to answer them for me. I think it was the first time a salesman looked me in the eye and treated me like a fellow biker. Of course he wanted to sell me a bike, but I’ll tell you, he really wanted me to be happy by getting the right bike for me. He spent a lot of time with me asking me questions that helped both of us choose the right one. He even let me test ride a bike! I was so impressed! On February 5th I bought a V-Star 1100 and I couldn’t be happier! This was my 3rd bike purchase and the 1st one that I felt 100% sure of. John and Steve (the GM) worked with me on every aspect and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I can not say enough about the excellent way I was treated by everyone at Moto 400. Richard in finance, Mitchell in parts, and Danny in service also helped me and were all just as nice and helpful. "My Wife and I went looking to upgrade her current bike to something that we can use for longer rides and across a few states. We went to a couple "other" bike shops in the area and felt like there was no passion or customer concern about our needs and interests. When we stopped by Moto 400 and stepped into their showroom floor you could tell this was a different dealership. Their sales team didn't jump at you the minute you walked through the door and when they did approach they looked to see what you were interested in and not what they could sell you. Our salesperson John Hick's was absolutely great, he asked my wife what type of rides she enjoyed and what bikes she had already checked out to get as much information so that he could suggest a few different styles and makes. He answered just about every question and concern she had so that she could choose the best one for her. After spending a few hours there she decided on the bike suited just for her, since it was just about closing time we agreed that we would come back after the weekend and close the deal. That night my wife looked at a number of accessories that came with that bike and just felt this was the right bike for her. We went back and again John Hicks worked with the parts department and service to get some of the items she really wanted installed on her new bike. It was very nice to see all three departments working together and letting us know that once the parts come in to call and schedule the installs. My wife and I have been riding for years and it's really nice to find a motorcycle place that we can turn to for upgrades, help and advice on parts and accessories along with an outstanding service team that treats your bike as if it's their own. Mr. Steve Tucker you have created an outstanding team and you have our motorcycle business. We have already told our neighbor who also ride about our experience but wanted to share this with you and others that walk into your showroom. Thanks Chet Sulek "

"I have bought three jackets and a helmet now from these guys. As far as selection, service, and expertise go they are the best. Today I bought a jacket from them and shortly after I left my oil light came on. It turned out that the geniuses over at the other bike shop, and I won't mention names...(**cough** Machines In Motion) had told me to put too much oil in when I changed it myself. The guys at Moto 400 were closed, but they still were ALL very helpful and even pulled my bike into the service station in the back and drained it to the proper level FOR FREE. Imagine that! A bike shop helping someone out for free. You won't find that at the other shops only interested in making money, and again I won't use names (**cough** Machines In Motion). I will recomend everyone to them from now on. All around great shop. Thanks guys."

"Euphoric experience!!! I am a first time motorcycle buyer and a beginning rider. John Hicks took the time to help me decide on a bike which was a "right" fit for me based upon my experience level and future growth. I made a choice on a pre-owned 2005 Honda Shadow 750 and am loving every minute of it!!! I ended up riding for awhile after my purchase and had some minor issues which were immediatly handled in an expediate and hasty manner by John and the rest of the fine men from the service department. "I traded my 2003 Suzuki Intruder Volusia for a Suzuki SV 650 during the Suzuki Grand Opening and it was an excellent overall experience. I was not pressured into bying something that I did not want (Cameron was very patient with me since I was debating 3 different bikes along with the fact that I do not like parting with my money). I would recommend Moto 400 to anyone in the area who is looking to purchase a motorcyle.
