"I'll try to keep this short...I recently transferred to the area from Houston. I was looking for a local dealer for parts and service. I visited Moto 400 and was extremely impressed with the staff. I originally had NO intention of buying a new Triumph, but I felt so comfortable with the dealership, I made an offer on a new Scrambler. We came to terms on the deal, I came up to the dealership, met with Big John, and within 10 minutes I was leaving on my new Scrambler. "I recently bought a Triumph Tiger 1050. I went in looking for my first cruiser, but my heart was with a dual sport bike and there it was standing in it's White metallic glory. Casper (saleman) had been talking with me about the crusiers and i waited a week and then went in with a differnet goal, the dual sport. He was great through my wishy-washy mind set. "Needed my tires mounted and balanced. I called and Danny in the svc dept said to bring them on by. I told him I would probably have to just pick them up next day since I live 25 miles away. He said "hang around for an hour or so"...and prioritized my tires so I wouldn't have to make another trip. Great service! I bought some goggles while in the store. Will try to send business your way any chance I get and I will be shopping here for gear whenever I need something. Nice looking shop too! Got my five year old to sit on a Yamaha 50 while there! There's an old saying that people buy from people "they know, people they like and people they trust". I didn't know the guys at Moto 400, but after spending a very short amount of time there, I felt like I had known them for years, that I liked them and I trusted them to put a great deal together for me on a Suzuki King Quad 450. "Recently I was in North Carolina and Tennessee, riding from Melbourne, Florida. The clutch linkage broke inside the block on the second day of vacation. I received totally unresponsive reactions from the first 2 dealers contacted, located within 2 hours of Franklin NC. Triumph Customer Service (Nunan, GA, US Headquarters) suggested Moto 400. Danny answered the phone, and I was off on one of the most Customer oriented service experiences in the 45 years since owning my first of 3 Triumphs. Technicians Andy and Dusty took great care in performing repairs. Overnight parts delivery was required on successive nights, when a second damaged part was discovered. Moto 400 provided an outstanding loaner for Wednesday afternoon and Thursday, taking much of the sting out of a vacation breakdown. Triumph Customer Service/Warranty in Nunan provided outstanding support to complete the job. During some of the time spent hanging around Service and the show room, I met other members of the staff. Without exception, I experienced the same open friendly (and sympathetic) reception. I left feeling like I had many new friends in Georgia.To anyone riding and/or experiencing problems within range of Dawsonville, go to Moto 400.

"Eric McGee is tops in my book. Visited your dealership for the first time today. I only picked up two spark plugs for my Rebel. Oh yes, I ride a Rebel, but, that did not bother Eric at all. I'm just tired of going to "that other" dealership in Gainesville. You can spend two hours in that place and no one will even approach you and ask "can I help you", etc. They just don't even give a rip if you are in there or not. Moments after I entered your front door, Eric approached me and asked if he could be of any assistance. That really impressed me. If you expect repeat business, you have to treat your customer(s) with respect, courtesy, professionalism, etc. You need to give Eric a raise. He is an asset and credit to your organization. I will definitely be back to your dealership."

"I'm relatively new in the area. On my first ride out this spring, I picked up a staple in my rear tire. By the time I got home it was flat. I called your service department and spoke with Danny. He made arrangements to have me taken care of as soon as I could get in. The tire/tube was repaired quickly, professionally, and affordably. While waiting for my bike to be fixed, I met and spoke with Robert on the sales floor. He was great and took the time to point me in the direction I needed to go when I'm ready to trade-up. Our local Suzi/Yamaha dealership is much more low-key, but friendly too- they approach you soon after you get in, but if you just want to browse, they let you be. What impressed me is that even though I bought off a C/L ad after looking at their used bikes, they were just as nice to me buying an oil filter as they were when they thought they would sell me a bike, and the salesman actually congratulated me on my buy and came out to look it over. They have a lot of shop events and activities, and just generally make it seem like the whole thing is run by riders, not suits.

He followed up after my first visit, which encouraged me to return. Jerry was thorough regarding the delivery process, owner responsibilities and operation and location of the bike's new features. I usually cringe when I think of motorcycle shopping. I have visited many dealerships where I’ve been ignored and not taken seriously. I’ve even asked a salesperson a direct question about a bike and they’ve looked right passed me and gave the answer to my husband. I expected much of the same treatment from Moto400, but to my surprise, I got the total opposite. When my husband and I walked in the door we weren’t immediately accosted by a salesperson, which I hate. Jerry and Mark just greeted us in a friendly casual way. I liked that. In those first few seconds I decide weather I want to stay or not. I did. When I was ready to ask some questions John Hicks was happy to answer them for me. I think it was the first time a salesman looked me in the eye and treated me like a fellow biker. Of course he wanted to sell me a bike, but I’ll tell you, he really wanted me to be happy by getting the right bike for me. He spent a lot of time with me asking me questions that helped both of us choose the right one. He even let me test ride a bike! I was so impressed! On February 5th I bought a V-Star 1100 and I couldn’t be happier! This was my 3rd bike purchase and the 1st one that I felt 100% sure of. John and Steve (the GM) worked with me on every aspect and bent over backwards to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I can not say enough about the excellent way I was treated by everyone at Moto 400. Richard in finance, Mitchell in parts, and Danny in service also helped me and were all just as nice and helpful. This was by far the best bike shopping experience I ever had and I recommend Moto400 to anyone looking for the best bike for them at the best price!!

"My Wife and I went looking to upgrade her current bike to something that we can use for longer rides and across a few states. We went to a couple "other" bike shops in the area and felt like there was no passion or customer concern about our needs and interests. When we stopped by Moto 400 and stepped into their showroom floor you could tell this was a different dealership. Their sales team didn't jump at you the minute you walked through the door and when they did approach they looked to see what you were interested in and not what they could sell you. Our salesperson John Hick's was absolutely great, he asked my wife what type of rides she enjoyed and what bikes she had already checked out to get as much information so that he could suggest a few different styles and makes. He answered just about every question and concern she had so that she could choose the best one for her.
After spending a few hours there she decided on the bike suited just for her, since it was just about closing time we agreed that we would come back after the weekend and close the deal. That night my wife looked at a number of accessories that came with that bike and just felt this was the right bike for her. We went back and again John Hicks worked with the parts department and service to get some of the items she really wanted installed on her new bike. It was very nice to see all three departments working together and letting us know that once the parts come in to call and schedule the installs. My wife and I have been riding for years and it's really nice to find a motorcycle place that we can turn to for upgrades, help and advice on parts and accessories along with an outstanding service team that treats your bike as if it's their own. Mr. Steve Tucker you have created an outstanding team and you have our motorcycle business. We have already told our neighbor who also ride about our experience but wanted to share this with you and others that walk into your showroom.

"I have bought three jackets and a helmet now from these guys. As far as selection, service, and expertise go they are the best. Today I bought a jacket from them and shortly after I left my oil light came on. It turned out that the geniuses over at the other bike shop, and I won't mention names...(**cough** Machines In Motion) had told me to put too much oil in when I changed it myself. The guys at Moto 400 were closed, but they still were ALL very helpful and even pulled my bike into the service station in the back and drained it to the proper level FOR FREE. Imagine that! A bike shop helping someone out for free. You won't find that at the other shops only interested in making money, and again I won't use names (**cough** Machines In Motion).
